Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced VP of Revenue and Sales to lead our sales and growth marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and developing successful marketing campaigns. This role will oversee all marketing functions, including acquisition, retention, and loyalty marketing, brand management, and product marketing. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior and be able to translate that into actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that includes acquisition, retention, and loyalty marketing, brand management, and product marketing.
  • Manage and optimize the company's customer acquisition and sales channels, including digital growth marketing, direct sales, broker, and inbound call center.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for sales and revenue growth
  • Work closely with other senior leaders to align revenue strategies with product development, customer experience, and operational initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop a system for measuring and reporting on sales and marketing effectiveness
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue management, sales, or marketing in a consumer-focused products or services industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing revenue strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Experience leading and managing high-performance sales and marketing teams
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform revenue strategies and decision-making
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
